Melissa Baxandall
Melissa Baxandall has over 15 years of experience running and operating childcare facilities.
As a mother of two, she understands the need for quality and flexible childcare. Melissa is committed to providing children with fun learning opportunities in beautiful, well-equipped and safe environments. Melissa's mandate is to lead by example with an abundance of energy daily.
As an Early Childhood Educator, Melissa has extensive knowledge and insight on how to maintain a consistent staffing team. Next Level Childcare is committed to providing an inclusive working environment that provides employees a structure, but also allows them to have autonomy in their classroom space.
Melissa has a passion for fitness and keeping children active through play and physical literacy programming.

Craig Vasconcelos
Craig Vasconcelos is the father of one and the President of Kidspace Learning Centres. For the better part of the last two decades, Craig has been involved in the management of multimillion dollar sales and finance operations.
Overseeing several departments and teams simultaneously has taught Craig invaluable lessons in the collective pursuit of a common purpose. A major life change in 2018 allowed Craig the opportunity to earn his ECEA certificate
and seek what he is truly passionate about; making a difference and having a positive impact on our future generations.
WHAT WE DO
The goal of Next Level Childcare is to provide children with a stimulating, clean and fun learning environment. Our staff are energetic, dedicated, nurturing and hard-working. We strive to make a difference in the lives of children, families and the community.
At Next Level Childcare, children play, learn, create, discover and experiment. Our approach is based on the proven concept that children learn through hands-on discovery with a variety of materials to learn social skills, test their abilities, develop confidence and try new ideas.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our programs are designed to support every child and family with the highest quality of Childcare. We are committed to providing multicultural and inclusive early learning programs for children 6 months to 5 years of age. We will provide a nurturing environment that is respectful of each individual child’s needs.
Our programs provide stimulating,, play-based curriculum to guide each child’s learning and development. Our curriculum is designed with structure and routine but allows for flexibility and spontaneous activities based on each child’s interests. Play is an integral part of children’s learning and we believe learning happens through positive relationships and exploration experiences. Our programs are planned and facilitated by our early learning professionals.
Through our supportive environment, we encourage positive social interactions while the children develop age appropriate problem-solving skills. We are an inclusive environment and our programs are supportive, caring and creative.
We focus on individual development, while recognizing that each child is a unique individual. We are committed to fostering self-esteem, well-being and a growing need for independence.
Working closely with families is part of our philosophy. We create caring and respectful relationships that support children’s growth and development during their integral early learning stages.
